Course Curriculum

This beginner-friendly program introduces you to the essential principles of Nizar Yoga—a joyful blend of Yoga, Qigong/Tai Chi, Laughter Yoga, and acupressure. Each session is carefully designed to calm your nervous system, awaken positive energy, and bring your body back into balance.

 

Across the five live Zoom classes, you’ll learn the full foundational sequence and the signature Nizar Yoga Booster Method designed to accelerate the healing process, along with simple and effective exercises that you can use anytime to reset, relax, and reconnect. Every class builds gently on the previous one, helping you create a strong foundation and develop a personal practice you’ll love returning to.

 

Guided by Nizar’s warm and uplifting teaching style, you will experience a combination of gentle stretches, breathwork, flowing movements, grounding techniques, and joyful moments that uplift your spirit.No prior experience is needed, just a comfortable space and an open heart.

 

By the end of the course, you’ll notice deeper relaxation, improved flexibility, enhanced emotional balance, and a calmer, clearer mind. These tools and techniques will stay with you long after the course, supporting your well-being in everyday life.

Module 1:
Calm the Body, Open the Energy Focus

Settling the mind and preparing the body
You will learn:
• Foundational Exercise 1
• Foundational Exercise 2
• Intro to stretching–breathing balance
• Gentle tapping and light laughter warm-ups
• Full-sequence guided practice (slow pace)
Goal: Feel grounded, relaxed, and ready for deeper release.

Module 2:
Release Stress & Build Inner Flow

Focus: Releasing tension and awakening movement
You will learn:
• Foundational Exercise 3
• Foundational Exercise 4
• Techniques to relax tight muscles and joints
• Breathing patterns for nervous-system calm
• Full-sequence practice (with improved flow)
Goal: Reduce stress and activate natural energy flow.

Module 3:
Emotional Lightness & Joyful Movement

Focus: Emotional release through breath, sound, and gentle joy
You will learn:
• Foundational Exercise 5
• Foundational Exercise 6
• Tapping + “Ho–Ha–Hi” sound practices
• Laughter movements to lift mood and release heaviness
• Full-sequence practice (more confident and fluid)
Goal: Feel lighter, more open, and emotionally balanced.

Module 4:
Deep Relaxation & Trauma-Safe Release Focus

Grounding, deeper release, and inner safety
You will learn:
• Foundational Exercise 7
• Foundational Exercise 8
• Breath–movement combinations to calm trauma stored in the body
• Relaxation techniques for deeper inner ease
• Full-sequence practice (nearly complete)
Goal: Release deeper layers of tension and restore balance.

Module 5:
Integration + The Signature Nizar Yoga Booster Method Focus

Completing the sequence and accelerating healing
You will learn:
• Foundational Exercise 9
• The Nizar Yoga Booster Method (signature 10th technique)
• How to build your own simple daily self-practice
• Guided relaxation + joyful closing sequence
• Full foundational sequence (complete version)
Goal: Leave confident, relaxed, energized, and equipped for daily healing and stress relief.
