Meet The Founder
Nizar Yoga was founded by Nizar Saab, a certified Laughter Yoga Leader, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Qigong/Tai Chi Instructor, Master Hypnotist, Reiki Master, Master Life Coach, and NLP Trainer.
With more than 30 years of experience in Yoga and holistic practices including Tai Chi, breathwork, self-massage, and acupressure, Nizar empowers students to achieve faster results and effectively release physical, mental, and emotional stress.
His years of dedicated research, practice and teaching enrich his classes and workshops, offering deeply transformative sessions focused on relaxation, stress relief, and enhancing overall well-being.
