Nizar Yoga is a relaxing and cheerful yoga style and method designed to promote deep relaxation, facilitate stress and trauma release, and speed up the healing process. It combines stretching, breathing, tapping, and laughter exercises inspired by traditional Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Qigong/Tai Chi, and acupressure to uplift the participants’ spirit and help them feel happier and healthier.
Blending the wisdom of traditional yoga and other ancient wellness practices, Nizar Yoga is further enriched by powerful mind–body techniques such as hypnosis, Reiki healing, and life coaching. The result is a holistic approach that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit helping the participants feel lighter, stronger, and more joyful.
This unique style focuses on activating key energy channels in the body, releasing tension from the hands and legs, strengthening the spine, back, shoulders, chest, and psoas muscle which results in a smooth release of the physical, mental and emotional stress.

The founder
Nizar Yoga was founded by Nizar Saab, a certified Laughter Yoga Leader, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Qigong/Tai Chi Instructor, Master Hypnotist, Reiki Master, Master Life Coach, and NLP Trainer. With more than 30 years of experience in Yoga, meditation, energy healing, and mind–body practices, Nizar has dedicated his life to helping people release stress, heal emotional tension, and reconnect to their inner calm, joy and peace.
Inspired and curious, he decided to give it a try. What started as an exploration quickly turned into a passion. Through his practice, he began to experience a new level of stillness and balance within himself. Yoga became his special space to tune into his body, quiet the noise of the mind, and rediscover calmness that stayed with him long after each session. This inner transformation became the foundation of everything he would later share with his students.

As Nizar immersed himself deeper into the world of Yoga, he completed numerous teacher training programs and began teaching. However, he soon noticed a recurring pattern: many students were struggling with traditional postures and complicated practices that didn’t meet them where they were. They needed simpler, more accessible exercises that could help them relax faster, release stress more easily, and support their healing journey without pressure or strain.
Guided by this realization, Nizar committed himself to studying and mastering a wide range of complementary disciplines including Qigong, Tai Chi, Laughter Yoga, hypnosis, Reiki, acupressure, self-massage, breathwork, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and life coaching. His vision was to create a comprehensive system that brought together the most effective elements of each practice into one gentle, joyful, and transformative method.
